Refund Policy

We refund your initial Range Lab subscription payment in full if you request it within seven days. This covers the subscription’s first payment, not renewals. Refunds are not issued where there is evidence of fraud or refund abuse.

Paddle.com is our merchant of record. This guarantee supplements Paddle’s Refund Policy and does not limit stronger rights under it or applicable law.

To request a refund, use the links in your Paddle transaction email or visit Paddle Buyer Support — or email support@mobiusgto.com. Paddle refunds to the original payment method.

Cancel a subscription any time to stop renewals; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. Access ends when a refund completes.
