Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Mobius Poker LLC, a New York limited liability company with its principal place of business in California (“Mobius”, “we”), governing your use of Range Lab at rangelab.mobiusgto.com (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these terms. You must be at least 18 years old.

Range Lab is a poker study and training tool for preflop ranges. It does not offer or simulate real-money gambling and provides no opportunity to win money or prizes.

2. Accounts

• Range Lab uses your MobiusGTO account. One account per person. Do not share, sell, or transfer your account or your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate account information and keep it current.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and refunds

• Paid plans are sold by Paddle.com, our merchant of record. Your purchase is made from Paddle under Paddle’s terms of sale, and Paddle handles payment processing, invoicing, and applicable taxes.
• A Range Lab subscription renews automatically each billing period (monthly or yearly) until canceled. You can cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep access until then.
• Range Lab is also included with a MobiusGTO Pro plan, for as long as that plan is active. A Range Lab subscription and a MobiusGTO plan are billed separately; canceling one does not cancel the other.
• Account deletion is different from ordinary cancellation: if you request deletion and we complete it, access ends immediately and any live subscription is canceled rather than preserving access through the current period.
• Prices may change; changes apply to renewals only after notice, never retroactively to a period you have already paid for.
• Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, Paddle’s Refund Policy, and applicable law.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Service, or any data from it, for real-time assistance during any poker game or session. Range Lab is for study away from the table. Real-time assistance violates poker sites’ rules and these terms.
• scrape, crawl, bulk-export, or systematically extract the included or paid solutions, their ranges, or other content, whether manually or with automation
• resell, republish, or redistribute included or paid solutions, their ranges, or other Service content, in original or derived form
• reverse engineer the Service, probe its infrastructure, or interfere with its operation
• access the Service with automated clients except as we explicitly permit

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including account sharing and systematic content extraction. Where practical we will warn first; serious violations may result in immediate termination. Our Refund Policy, Paddle’s Refund Policy, and applicable law govern any refund.

5. Content and intellectual property

• The Service, including the included and paid solutions, their ranges and metadata, software, and design, is owned by Mobius or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law.
• You own the ranges and solutions you create. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process, and show them to you so we can run the Service. We do not publish them or share them with other users.
• Included and paid solutions are licensed to you for your personal training use while your subscription or purchase is active. A copy you make of one stays licensed content: your edits to it are yours, the underlying solution is not. The license is personal and non-transferable and does not transfer ownership of any content.
• Your training statistics remain accessible to you through the Service for as long as your account exists. Our use of data is described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Disclaimers

• Range Lab is an educational tool. We make no promise that using it will improve your poker results or produce winnings. Poker involves variance and skill differences that no training product controls.
• The Service is provided “as is”. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. Included solutions are solver approximations, not guarantees of theoretical perfection, and we do not check the ranges you create.
• We are not affiliated with any poker site or real-money gambling operator. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any poker site you play on and the laws that apply to you.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mobius’s total liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid to use the Service in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost winnings. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for violation of these terms as described in Section 4. Sections that by their nature survive termination (including 5, 6, 7, and 9) survive.

9. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles, California.

10. Severability and entire agreement

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These terms and the Mobius policies linked from them form the entire agreement between you and Mobius concerning the Service and supersede prior discussions or agreements about the Service. Paddle’s buyer terms separately govern purchases made from Paddle.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. For material changes we will give notice (email or in-app) before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
